Kelsey Magill

Kelsey Magill was born and raised in Ottawa, on the traditional unceded territory of the Algonquin Anishnaabeg people. Kelsey graduated with honours from a 2200 hour program at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Calgary, AB. She practices in good standing with the College of Massage Therapy of Ontario and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapy
Association of Ontario (RMTAO). Kelsey grew up in an active family and participated in a variety of sports, including competitive basketball. This history, combined with a passion for helping others, inspired Kelsey to pursue a career as an RMT.
Kelsey is enthusiastic about massage therapy and helping her clients decrease stress and pain, while increasing mobility and activity. Her therapeutic approach is targeted to the individual and ensures her clients’ comfort and treatment goals are top priority. Kelsey’s approach combines a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology with a compassionate touch to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. She offers techniques in Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and lymphatic drainage.

Kelsey loves learning and diversifying her toolbox so that she can provide a variety of solutions for her clients’ treatment needs. In 2017, Kelsey received her Level 1 Certification in Myofascial Cupping from founder David Sheehan. Myofascial cupping assists the body in maintaining range of motion while treating and eliminating myofascial trigger points and adhesions. Kelsey completed RAPID Neurofascial Reset (Lower Body) in 2020, a fast and effective method of addressing complex musculoskeletal issues by reducing tension in muscles, nerves, tendons, and ligaments of the lower body.

Depending on the season, Kelsey spends her free time paddling the many local waterways on her SUP or enjoying yoga at a local studio. She enjoys getting a break from city life and spending time at her family cottage on the Ottawa River.
