Prenatal Pelvic Floor for Expectant Mamas

This 2 hour workshop is designed for women at any stage of pregnancy, even pre-conception, who want to learn more about how they can stay active and healthy throughout pregnancy, prepare for delivery to optimize outcomes, and assist in their recovery and return to activities postpartum.
Created and taught by local women’s and pelvic health Physiotherapists, this class will provide information on anatomy, common conditions and treatment options with a focus on pelvic and abdominal/core health (more than just kegels & planks), the importance of breath, as well as integrating movement and embodiment exercises to aid with pregnancy, birth and recovery postpartum.
