Kristy, PTA
MARKETING COORDINATOR & PHYSIO CLASS ASSISTANT
Originally from Vancouver, British Columbia, Kristy grew up by the ocean and will tell you that water simply holds a piece of her soul. It goes without saying that the most important role for Kristy is being a mother of two amazing girls.
In her early twenties Kristy found a love for fitness that has never waivered. In 2012 she decided to undergo her 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training and that ignited a passion that became a full time career. Having 10 years of experience teaching yoga and movement she gravitates towards finding ways to keep bodies moving with both strength and mobility. She has continued to expand on her yoga knowledge by taking courses in various disciplines but will surely tell you that her favourite workshops were Functional Range Conditioning (FRC ™) and education in foot health.
She believes that if we step outside of our comfort zone we are provided a chance to see what might be hidden and if we acknowledge what is hiding then have the opportunity to cultivate change and a strong body is one that has choice over its movements.

Ayesha Bali
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Born and raised in Ottawa, Ayesha’s passion for Biology ignited at a young age, fostering a lifelong curiosity for the natural world. Her heart resonates with nature; She cherishes the time she gets to hike with her canine companions as a way to connect with the world around her. Sporting has also been a constant companion for her, as she’s embraced athleticism throughout her life. This enthusiasm drove her to choose Kinesiology as her undergraduate pursuit, a decision deeply rooted in her fascination with human movement and wellness. Currently, she’s aspiring to attend chiropractic school, aiming to blend her interests into a holistic approach to health. Beyond academics, the natural world and sport, she finds solace in the arts of music and photography.
Kerri Morrison-McCabe, PTA
Physiotherapy Assistant
& Personal Trainer
Kerri believes that learning about the physiology of the body is imperative to understanding its holistic nature. Her approach to movement awareness is intended to empower, build resiliency, strength and confidence.
Kerri is able to meet the client where they are at, designing movement sequences that fit in to your lifestyle whether it is while the kids are playing at the park, in the office or at the airport. Life is too short to perform exercise you dread. You will work together to build routines that are fun, effective and sustainable.

Dr. Laura Smith
Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Laura believes the path to healing is through empowerment. She encourages her patients to play an active role in their healing journey by teaching, rather than “telling,” treatment plans. She wants to ensure that all those who step into her office feel heard, understood, and safe.
Seeing a large gap in education about women’s own bodies, Dr. Laura has taken a special interest in further learning about women’s reproductive health. During her internship, she was selected to be part of the first Reproductive Health Focus Shift at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic (Toronto), where her passion for fertility and pre/postnatal health grew.
