Yoga for Mental Health Series

WITH TORI HALL, RYT

Join any or all parts of this 4 part series as Tori leads you through ways in which we can use the practice of yoga, on and off the mat, to reduce stress and improve well-being.  

Tori skillfully incorporates her background in yoga, psychotherapy and mental health research to increase your understanding of gratitude, mindfulness, non-attachment, and the breath. 

Each 75-minute workshop will cover one topic accompanied by journaling and a gentle slow yoga flow.

March 28th, 2024 | 6:00 – 7:15pm: Gratitude (Registration full – waitlist only)

April 25, 2024 | 6:00 – 7:15pm: Mindfulness (body, feelings, thought)

October 10th, 2024 | 6:00 – 7:15pm: Non-attachment (let go, let in, let be)

November 7th, 2024 | 6:00 – 7:15pm: Breath (letting go) & yin

Interested in hosting a pop up event?

Created and taught by local pelvic health Physiotherapists and yoga teachers at Bloom, our 60 minute workshops are aimed to:

  • Increase knowledge and awareness about the pelvic floor (& core),
  • How it relates to the rest of the body, and
  • How you can create ease of common symptoms with simple self-care tools and strategies.

All are welcome to participate, and be tailored for those who may experience painful periods and bladder leaks, core dysfunction or bowel concerns; or those who are prenatal to anytime postnatal, or looking for general wellness.

In an effort to bring accessible health education and care to our local communities, these Pop Ups Pay What You Can (with a recommended Donation of $20 per participant).

Group Physio Classes are the perfect match for individuals who are injured & recovering, living with complex medical concerns or simply in search of support in their journey back to movement.

Gather weekly and progress through safe and relevant sequencing.
