Connection & Meaning for the Whole Person

Using the Pancha Maya Kosha Framework (Physical, Energetic/Emotional, Mental, Learned Wisdom, and Spiritual layers of a person), Yoga Therapists assess the whole person and provide support in lifestyle management, widening somatic, sensory and cognitive awareness through interoceptive, nocioceptive and proprioceptive yoga inquiry and movement practices.

Postnatal Yoga Therapy*

Do you ever feel overwhelmed, or depleted? Have a hard time finding balance amidst the demands of daily stress with a new baby? Or feel really tired or wired throughout your day?

This live online class will give you the time, space, tools and practices to encourage some new embodied patterns and build on your resources as a new parent.  We’ll learn how to support our own nervous system with breath work, mindfulness and gentle movement.

With our small class size, we will be able to individually customize our sessions to fit your needs and comforts.

Fertility Yoga Therapy

In this Yoga Therapy class series designed for folks trying to conceive, you’ll have a chance to practice with others who know the path to becoming (and staying) pregnant can be physically, mentally and emotionally challenging.

Many people find a yoga and mindfulness practice encourages and sustains a supportive connection to their body throughout the process. In this nourishing yoga class series you’ll practice sequences and poses for stress reduction, enhanced blood flow & circulation as well as time to integrate your experiences in working towards conception and a healthy pregnancy.

With our small class size, we will be able to individually customize our sessions to fit your needs and comforts.

Yoga Therapy for Birth-related Trauma

This Yoga Therapy online class is for parents whose transition from pregnancy through birth, to the postpartum period was impacted by a traumatic experience.  The class is designed to gently reconnect with our bodies while building self-agency in ways that feel safe and encourage mindful movement.

With insights from neuroscience and physiology this class was created to influence the systems involved in traumatic responses to enhance neuroplasticity and resilience.  Although it is not necessary to have a diagnosis of PTSD, active engagement with a mental health practitioner is required.

With our small class size, we will be able to individually customize our sessions to fit your needs and comforts.
